Photography and Image Rights
Commercial photography is permitted with advance arrangement, written permission, and insurance documentation. Historic New England staff supervision is required. Fees are charged for commercial shoots.
Editorial photography is permitted with advance arrangement, written permission, and insurance documentation. Historic New England staff supervision is required. Historic New England also has many images of its historic sites and collection available to the press to illustrate editorial coverage.
Certain restriction may apply to photo shoots in museum spaces.
